While the work our employees do is important, what’s most important is that they enjoy their time doing it. That’s why we offer flexible work schedules and the option to work from home. That being said, we also value togetherness, so we’ve created a fun, laid-back environment in our office for employees to enjoy. Additionally, we plan regular company gatherings for work anniversaries, holiday celebrations, and the occasional ping-pong tournament.

With all that our employees do for us, we make it a point to take care of them in return. That’s why we completely cover health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance for our employees. Additionally, we have a SimpleIRA match of up to 3%. Your benefits won’t end there. In addition to our health and retirement benefits, we’ll cover your at-home internet fees to ensure that you can work from home efficiently if you choose to do so. Further benefits include a monthly in-office massage free of charge and a potential year-end bonus that is expected and planned for.

Giving Back

Here at DRM, we are proud to serve and support our community. While we understand the importance of profiting as a business, we also have a passion for giving back to the community we live in. That’s why we regularly work with local nonprofits to create promotional content for them, free of charge. We love being able to donate our time and talents to those organizations making a difference where we live, which is why we are happy to average over $150,000 a year in kind work.
