Software Developer

DRM Productions is seeking a versatile and passionate Programmer to join our team in Mansfield, Ohio. Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications in a variety of languages including Lua, RUST, and PHP.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new ideas, taking projects from concept to completion.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Participate in the design and architecture discussions to ensure the successful delivery of client solutions.
  • Contribute to multiple projects, wearing various hats as needed, from front-end development to backend systems.
  • Maintain and expand technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Strong programming background, with experience in one or more of the following languages: Lua, RUST, PHP.
  • Ability to work well in a small team environment and willingness to engage in cross-functional responsibilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience working in a small business or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with web development frameworks and cloud services.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • An understanding of user experience (UX) design principles is a plus.
