

Anthony Kinzer began at DRM as an intern and was hired as a full-time employee soon after, in the spring of 2022, working as a graphic designer and web developer. He loves that every day is different, bringing new and exciting challenges to the table. Outside of work, Anthony enjoys playing video games like The Legend of Zelda and the Dark Souls series, as well as going on hikes.
Rachel Miller was brought onto the DRM team as a videographer and editor in 2021. One of her favorite things about DRM is the laid back, fun, and friendly environment that exists within the office. Outside of work, Rachel’s interests include both music and sports. In college, Rachel competed as a Division 2 track and field athlete at Ashland University and she enjoys playing the piano and the guitar in her free time.
Ashley Miller joined the DRM team in 2020 and works as an office administrator. One of her favorite things about working at DRM is how family-oriented everyone is. As a wife and mother of two, she enjoys watching her children participate in all of their activities. She also enjoys traveling, crafts, reading, and watching football.
Caleb McKenna started with DRM in 2021 and works as a support technician and hosting engineer. His developing workflow adds a fresh and new perspective to the team. In his free time Caleb enjoys participating in outdoor activities with his good friends. From bonfires, to hiking, or exploring new places, Caleb enjoys the outdoors. Some of Caleb’s other interests include cars, physics, and music.
Cameron Kline has been working as a programmer for DRM since 2019. During his time here, he has led the charge on DRM’s largest programming project to date. In his free time, Cameron enjoys tinkering with his electronics and has recently taken an interest in creating custom / hand-made keyboards. Cam enjoys the friendly environment at DRM, the pleasant co-workers he gets to work with, and the awesome projects that DRM completes for clients.
Tim Joyce has been a developer with DRM since 2017. Additionally, Tim is an entrepreneur at heart, enjoying taking a product through its entire lifecycle of concept / design, building / programming, launching and driving the marketing. Tim enjoys the casual work environment at DRM. He also appreciates the natural relationships to clients and other members of the community, the passion for contributing to non-profits, and the ensured quality of work that the company boasts. Outside of work, Tim enjoys the family life — playing games with his wife and kids, going to the lake for an evening or weekend, and playing softball during the week.
Robert Cohen has been working as a programmer at DRM since 2016. He was inspired to pursue programming as a career by his passion for electronic role-playing video games. Robert has turned his self-proclaimed “chaotic nature” into an asset for DRM, allowing him to jump from one project to the next with no problem. Outside of work, Robert is an avid reader and also enjoys writing from time to time.
Katie Baldridge started with DRM in 2018 and works as a graphic designer and web developer. She loves being able to turn a client’s list of wants and needs into something functional and engaging. She also loves that working at DRM gives her the opportunity to always be learning and growing as a designer, keeping her work fun and interesting. Katie’s creativity extends beyond work as she enjoys painting and drawing in her free time. She’s very involved with the church she attends, running the sound system every week and helping with other tech-related tasks as needed. Katie also enjoys reading in her free time.
Mike Baldridge has been a graphic designer and web developer for DRM since 2007. What he loves most about working at DRM is having the opportunity to create. He loves taking a blank document or empty canvas and turning it into a cool website, a neat design, or an awesome application. The process of creativity is what motivates him and he says he’s glad to work at a place that allows him to perpetually be crafting something new and exciting for clients. When he’s not working, Mike enjoys digital painting as well as some traditional drawing. He is also heavily involved at the church he attends, where he plays the piano every Sunday morning.
Matt Burns is DRM’s 3D modeler and animator and he has been with DRM since 1999. While he has completed many impressive projects throughout his time at DRM, his greatest accomplishment is being the first person in the office to have a beard. Outside of work, Matt enjoys playing video games and golfing. He also has a passion for collecting LEGOs. He loves both art and computers and appreciates that his job allows him to combine both!
Beau Roberts has been a videographer and editor at DRM since 1997. Throughout his time at DRM, he has produced thousands of videos for clients. His personal hobbies include acting for stage and films, designing and playing board games, filmmaking, painting, and writing. Beau resides in Mansfield with his dog, Boris, who accompanies him to the DRM office every day.
Dave Damron founded DRM Productions in 1984. His outgoing personality and love for clients, new and old, makes him an asset to DRM. He brings a creative and unique set of eyes to the table for any photography and videography projects. Dave and his wife, Kris, enjoy going out of town to visit their three grandchildren. Dave’s passion for photography extends beyond work and he also enjoys gardening and woodworking in his free time.
Jay Miller started at DRM in 2005 and has worked his way up to become the CEO of the company. Working primarily on the sales side of the business, Jay has been using his creative skills to help clients communicate for years. His unique approach to problem-solving has made him an asset to DRM. Outside of work, Jay has a passion for learning and is constantly challenging himself to develop new hobbies and interests.
Jon Pierce started at DRM in 2009 and climbed the ladder to eventually become the President, his current role. Through his role, Jon acts as a jack of all trades understanding the creative side of the business while also working to create unique solutions for clients. He has helped to build a team of talented professionals and has established a positive, fun, and creative atmosphere within the office. Outside of work, Jon has a love for kids. He and his wife have four children of their own and are also passionate about their role as foster parents.
